Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

IndusValley will make every effort to ensure delivery of goods or performance of services is on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery.

Orders within New Zealand are dispatched by courier once your payment has been processed. 

 

Within NewZealand, orders over NZ$70 are conveniently delivered freight free. Orders under NZ$70 in value will have a delivery charge based on the delivery address.

 

Delivery shall be made in New Zealand only, at the physical address indicated in the contract (in New Zealand only). Delivery cannot be made to a “Post Office box” P O Box address. 

 

  • Auckland addresses will attract $5.00 delivery charge.

  • Rural addresses will attract $15.00 delivery charge.

  • Addresses for Waiheke Island/Great barrier Island /Chatham Island will attract $20.00 delivery charge.

  • Addresses for the rest of New Zealand will attract $10.00 delivery charge

  • Local Pickup is only applicable for orders within the Auckland Region. Pick up is only available on weekends from Manurewa. Exact address to be communicated after order confirmation. 

IndusValley will take all reasonable steps to make delivery at the time requested by the Customer but shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the Customer for delay in delivery.

 

In the event that the Customer cancels any order subsequent to dispatch by IndusValley to the Customer (regardless of whether or not said order has been delivered to the Customer), IndusValley will credit the Customer for the order value less the restock fee on return in saleable condition of the items ordered provided such return is within 7 days of dispatch. Freight charges will not be credited.

 

Unless agreed in writing by the issuance of a Goods Return Authority from IndusValley no goods will be accepted for credit after dispatch. If IndusValley agrees to accept the goods for credit, then IndusValley will credit the Customer the invoice value less the restock fee, less freight charges, on return in saleable condition of the items ordered. No goods will be accepted for credit if the goods are found to be tampered with or damaged or disk seals are broken. Freight charges will not be credited 

 

Restock fee: All goods ordered in error by the Customer or goods the Customer wishes to return are subject to a restock fee. The fee is $20 or 15% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater. 

Please note that according to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, we do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind or just did not like the goods or they did not suit you, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

IndusValley will meet our obligation under the Consumer’s Guarantee Act 1993.

In case you receive a product that is of a poor quality or defective please allow us the opportunity to replace the product or substitute it with a better product at our cost.

REFUND PROCEDURE FOR UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

In the event that an item is unavailable but paid for at the time of ordering, our Customer Services team will contact you to arrange a refund for that item. Refunds are made using the original payment method and back to the account from which payment was originally made.

GOODS DELIVERED DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

Should you receive goods damaged in transit please notify us within seven days of receipt.

Please leave the goods in the damaged packaging as they were delivered. This will assist with any claims.

DELIVERY OF INCORRECT PRODUCT

In the unfortunate event that you are sent the wrong product, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be delivered free of charge.

Should we require the incorrect product to be returned, we will arrange a courier to collect it at our cost.

INCORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED

If you order a product in error, a refund will be honoured for the product provided it is returned to us ( at customers cost)  within 14 days of receipt, along with the original invoice in a resalable condition, that is, unopened with packaging intact in original condition.

Returned goods that are received damaged will not be considered for a refund.

The refund will be for the original amount paid for the product exclusive of freight costs and will be issued within seven working days from date of receipt. Refunds are made using the original payment method and back to the account from which payment was originally made.
